Terms of Service

Last updated: June 16, 2026

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using TeachUEasy ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service. TeachUEasy reserves the right to update these terms at any time, and continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of any changes.

2. Description of Service

TeachUEasy is an online educational platform that enables teachers to create lessons, conduct live classroom sessions, assign homework, manage students, and communicate with students. The Service includes both free and paid subscription tiers with varying feature availability.

3. User Accounts

You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must be at least 16 years old to create an account. Teachers are responsible for obtaining appropriate consent for any minor students they invite to the platform.

4. User Content

You retain ownership of all content you upload to TeachUEasy, including lessons, materials, and messages. By uploading content, you grant TeachUEasy a non-exclusive license to store, display, and transmit your content as necessary to provide the Service. You are solely responsible for ensuring that your content does not infringe on third-party intellectual property rights.

5. Acceptable Use & Content Policy

You agree to use TeachUEasy only for lawful, educational purposes and to follow our Acceptable Use & Content Policy, which governs the materials, messages, uploads, links, homework, and AI-generated content you create or share. You may not upload or share content that is illegal, infringing, harmful, or otherwise prohibited by that policy. We may remove content, restrict features, or suspend or terminate accounts that violate it.

6. AI Features and Generated Content

Some features use AI to help you generate lessons, exercises, and images. AI generation consumes the AI credits included with your plan; credits refresh each billing period, do not roll over, and have no cash value or refund except where required by law. AI output may be inaccurate or incomplete and is provided "as is" — you are responsible for reviewing it before using it with students, and your use of AI features must comply with our Acceptable Use & Content Policy and with the policies of the underlying AI providers.

7. Payments and Subscriptions

Paid subscriptions are billed in advance for the billing period you choose — monthly, every 3 months, every 6 months, or annually — with longer commitments offered at a discount. You may cancel at any time, and access to paid features continues until the end of the current billing period. AI credit packs are one-time purchases. TeachUEasy reserves the right to change pricing with 30 days notice. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.

8. Termination

TeachUEasy may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms of Service, engage in abusive behavior, or use the Service for unlawful purposes. You may delete your account at any time by contacting support. Upon termination, your data will be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

9. Limitation of Liability

TeachUEasy is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms of Service at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or through a notice on the Service. Your continued use of TeachUEasy after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
