Can I try TeachUEasy for free?

Yes! The Free plan includes 10 students, 25 lesson templates, 50 classroom sessions per month, 100 AI credits per month, 1 GB storage, chat, calendar, scheduling, and meeting integrations. No credit card required.

Can I upgrade or downgrade my plan later?

Yes. You can switch plans at any time from your billing settings, which opens our secure Stripe billing portal. Upgrades take effect immediately so you get the higher limits right away, and any difference in price is prorated automatically.

What happens when I reach a plan's limit?

When you reach a limit — active students, lesson templates, classroom sessions, AI credits, or storage — you simply can't add more of that item until you upgrade or free up space; nothing you've already created is lost. You'll get a heads-up as you get close to a limit, so it's never a surprise.

What is an AI credit and how many lessons can I generate?

AI credits are the single currency for AI lesson generation. A typical 60-minute lesson with an AI cover image costs ~20-30 credits. The Free plan includes 100 credits, Basic includes 400 credits, and Creator includes 800 credits. Use the calculator above the FAQ to see exact numbers for your specific lesson configuration.

Do unused AI credits roll over to the next month?

No — your monthly AI credit allowance refreshes at the start of each billing period, and unused credits don't carry over. If you regularly need more, upgrading to a higher plan gives you a larger monthly allowance.

Are there any discounts?

Yes. Pay annually for 30% off. You can also commit for 6 months for 15% off, or 3 months for 10% off.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit and debit cards (plus Apple Pay and Google Pay where available), processed securely through Stripe — we never store your card details. Subscriptions are billed in euros (€).

Can I cancel anytime?

Absolutely. You can cancel your subscription at any time. Your access to paid features continues until the end of the current billing period.
